Day 1 - Arrival into Jackson
You fly into Jackson, Wyoming (JAC) where you will be met by your DreamSki guides and join your fellow powderhounds. You are truly in the Wild West here with Wyoming having been home to the likes of Buffalo Bill and Butch Cassidy. You will have today to settle in and explore the famous downtown of Jackson.
Days 2, 3, 4 - Ski Jackson Hole
Three days skiing at Jackson Hole Resort, nick named “The Big One” for its large vertical of 4139 ft /1261m. It is a skiers dream with endless steeps, powder filled open bowls, chutes, gullies, cliffs, ridges and trees, and home to the famous Mangy Moose bar. We will use the Arial Tram that whisks us up the entire 4139 ft in 9 minutes, dropping us at the peak for limitless off-piste options. We will be staying in the town of Jackson where all the action is for great meals, night life, dancing and shopping; plus a visit to the famous Million Dollar Cowboy Bar.
Day 5 - Sightseeing & Travel to Big Sky
You will travel through the magnificent Teton Mountain Range and alongside world famous Yellowstone National Park experiencing stunning scenery. The highway will summit at an incredible 8,429 ft / 2,570m as we leave Wyoming. We will stop in the bustling town of West Yellowstone for a great lunch and a visit to the renowned Grizzly & Wolf Discovery Centre to experience these amazing creatures up close in their natural habitat before arriving at Big Sky.
Days 6, 7, 8 - Ski Big Sky
Big Sky Resort offers you the “Biggest Skiing in America” with a staggering 5,800 plus acres of skiing in one resort. It is located in the second least populated state in the USA and the closest major centre is over an hour away with only 27,000 people! Thus the slopes will be uncrowded and you are guaranteed of no waiting in lift lines. You will enjoy a vast variety of terrain and a friendly easy going vibe that that eminates from Montana’s culture and so few skiers.
Day 9 - Ski Big Sky & Travel to Grand Targhee
After your fourth ski day at Big Sky you will make the short trip to Grand Targhee passing through some stunning scenery with stunning views of the Grand Teton peaks.
Day 10 - Ski Grand Targhee
Grand Targhee is a relatively unknown “powder paradise”, often ranked in the top three resorts for snow on the continent. It is located on the western side of the Grand Tetons. Thus it receives abundant snow as the high peaks of the Grand Tetons (13,700 ft) trap all the snowstorms traveling eastward from the Pacific. You will enjoy abundant fresh track opportunities and true ski culture with a warm small town feeling.
Day 11 - Ski Grand Targhee & Travel to Jackson
After your second day of skiing at Grand Targhee you will take the short trip back over the Teton Pass to Jackson to celebrate a great tour with dinner and then dancing at the Million Dollar Cowboy Bar.
Day 12 - Departure from Jackson
This morning we say our good-byes until next time, after a memorable ski adventure. You will be dropped off at the Jackson Airport (JAC) for your flight home.
